What can i do about this?

my family doesn't have the money for them to send me over seas for a foreign exchange program and im going to be a senor next year. i was wondering if there is something i could do. i have several thousand dollars saved for college, so can i contact a college in Japan, that's where i want to go. is there any info that i can find on the internet. getting there is no problem, i just want to know how i can soften the load when i get there. i'm just scared that i won't be able to attend college there cause its been my dream for a long time
